Finsta Alerts is the SMS program of Finsta, operated by Solutionize Tech, LLC (1111B South Governors Avenue, Dover, DE 19904, USA). The program sends account notifications (such as payout confirmations, security alerts and reply reminders) and, only for users who separately opt in, marketing messages such as creator activity alerts and credit offers.
Message frequency varies. Marketing messages are sent up to 4 per month. Account and security notifications are sent as needed and are recurring messages tied to activity on your account.

Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help. You can also opt out of marketing texts at any time by switching off marketing SMS in your app Settings.

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
Our use of your mobile information is described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold or shared with any third party.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of using Finsta. Marketing messages are sent only to users who enable the optional marketing texts toggle during signup or in app Settings.
